If you get an error when importing a .usr file from your Lowrance GPS unit, into the Contour Elite program it is possible that the .usr file is version 3 or higher. When saving your GPS data on your unit, select version 2.
It is also possible that one or more of your waypoints has a space or unusual character such as a comma. Going into your unit and removing the spaces or unusual characters from the waypoint name(s) may fix the problem.
