How do I import Waypoint, Route and Track data into the FishSmart app?
iOS
- Waypoints, Routes, and Tracks can be imported to the FishSmart app in .GPX format
- You can use e-mail or use a messaging service like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp to transfer that .GPX file to your device.
Note: You can convert your Humminbird waypoints routes and tracks to .GPX using the HumminbirdPC application.
Note: Humminbird Onix models can export waypoints directly to an SD card as .GPX files) - Once the .GPX file has is sent to your device, click on the attachment and this will bring up options available for you to open a .GPX format file
- Tap on the ""Import with FishSmart"" icon
FishSmart will then import the data in successfully and display the message "Import Finished"
Android
- Waypoints, Routes, and Tracks can be imported to the FishSmart app in .GPX format
- You can use e-mail or use a messaging service like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp to transfer that .GPX file to your device. You can also manually copy the file to the device from a PC.
Note: You can convert your Humminbird waypoints routes and tracks to .GPX using the HumminbirdPC application
Note: Humminbird SOLIX/ONIX models can export waypoints directly to an SD card as .GPX files) - Once the .GPX file is stored on your device, click on it and it will automatically launch in the FishSmart app.
