Why do I need to confirm my email when submitting a request?

We send a short confirmation email to verify your address.  This helps ensure your request reaches our support team and prevents unauthorized or spam submissions.


Important: Your request won’t be received until you click the verification link in that email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can contact Humminbird Customer Service / Technical Support by completing the online form under the Submit a Request section.  If you did not see it on the main page of the Help Center, scroll down until you see the gray panel with a Submit a Request button, or you can click this link.  

This form is geared toward providing us with all the information we need to answer your questions on the first reply.  The details requested may change depending on the category you select.  If the information on the form is requested as mandatory, this means the information is critical to successfully resolving your issue.

Hours: Humminbird's Technical Support Team is available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.

Best Times to Call

  • Peak Season: Our Busy Season starts in January and runs through August.
    • Avoid Mondays and days after holidays, as these are typically their busiest times.
    • Mid-morning (around 9:30–11:00 AM CT) or mid-afternoon (2:00–4:00 PM CT) on Tuesday through Thursday are generally the best windows to avoid long wait times.
