There are a few reasons that your activation key may not work.
- You have used your key on the total number allowed PCs. You will have to deactivate one of the PCs before it can be used on an additional PC. The maximum is two.
- You entered the wrong key. Carefully look over the key again and make sure you are not using the letter O for a zero. The key should be four groups of four digits. It is not necessary to enter the dashes but it also does not cause an error if you do.
If these do not seem to be the issue, Submit a Request to our Technical Support team. Provide us with the code you are attempting to use. An image of your proof of purchase, along with an image of the packaging of the product you purchased will also be needed.
