Why can't I find MyHumminbird?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the MyHumminbird platform is no longer supported.  To register your Humminbird unit or find software updates, please follow the instructions below.

To Find Software Updates

To download the latest software for your unit, go to our Software Updates page and scroll until you find the Series name of your software upgradeable Fish Finder or Accessory. Once you select the Series, select your model number. Be sure to read the software description, software prerequisites and the instructions and then click on "Download" at the bottom of the page.

If you cannot find your model name or number, please contact us for additional details.

To Register Your Product & Receive Updates

Register your product online through our product registration form.

To receive email updates when there is a software update or important information relevant to your product, make sure to sign up for our email list using the same email address you used to register your Humminbird.

If you have any issues registering your product, please email us from this form and attach a copy of your proof of purchase along with address information, model number and serial number.  We will be glad to add this information to our manual database until your registration issue can be resolved.  

Looking for your ChartSelect account or previously purchased mobile cartography?  

If you purchased cartography on the FishSmart app and have recently changed mobile devices, please check out this article on restoring your purchases.    

If you made purchases on the ChartSelect site and are having problems getting into your account click on Login on the top banner.  If you cannot remember your password, check out the options on the Sign In page.  (see below)
