Maximize the benefits of your new Humminbird product by registering it and opting in to receive custom content, insider news, and more. You will be walked through registering your product on our website, the One-Boat Network App, and steps to troubleshooting product registration issues below.

Register Online

  1. Visit the Registration Page:
  2. Select Your Country and Language: 
  3. Provide Product Information:
    • Enter information in each field, then use your mouse to click into the next field. Do not use the Tab or Enter keys to move between fields. Note: Enter the serial number without hyphens or you will receive an error message. 
      • Locating a Humminbird Product Serial Number

      • Fill in your Personal Information:

        • Provide your contact details, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address.

      • Enter Purchase Details:

        • Fill in the retailer's name where you bought the product, the date of purchase, and the date of delivery.
          • Purchased From is the retailer you purchased from.
          • Date of Purchase is the day you bought the Humminbird in-store or placed the order online.
          • Date of Delivery is the date the product arrived at your home, either from an online purchase or an in-store visit.

      • Primary Use:

        • Select if your new Humminbird will be primarily be used in Freshwater or Saltwater.

      • Upload a copy of your Receipt:
        • You can upload a photo or a scan of your receipt. The file size must be less than 10 mb. If your file size is more than 10 mb, try taking a picture of your receipt and uploading the photo.
        • Ensure the image includes the Date of Purchase.
        • Click on the "Browse (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, gif)" box.
        • Locate the copy of your receipt on your device.
        • Select your receipt and click Open on a Windows computer or Select on a mobile device. 
        • Opt-In for Updates (Optional):

Register Using the One-Boat Network App

  • If you haven’t already registered your Humminbird and Minn Kota products, you can quickly complete registration through the OneBoat Network App. Registering your products provides you with the latest product updates and support.
    1. Tap Register Your Products from the One-Boat Network Home screen.
    2. Select either Register Your Humminbird or Register Your Minn Kota.
    3. Select Get Started.
    4. Provide Product Information:
    5. Fill in your Personal Information:

      • Provide your contact details, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address.

      • Fill in the retailer's name where you bought the product, the date of purchase, and the date of delivery.

    9. Opt-In for Updates (Optional):
      • If you'd like to receive custom content, insider news, and promotions, check the opt-in box. 
    10. Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions:

    11. Submit the Form:
      • Review all the information for accuracy and click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process. 
    12. Confirmation:
      • You should receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided once your registration is successful.
      • If you do not see the confirmation email, check your Spam folder.

Issues attaching a picture of your proof of purchase to Registration

  • The file cannot be larger than 10mb.
  • The file type must be a jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, or a gif.
  • If the file you are trying to upload is larger than 10mb, try taking a picture of your receipt with your phone and upload the new picture. 

Error Message "Review the fields highlighted in red before continuing"

  1. If you are unable to register your product, and getting the the error message shown below, it is caused by entering the serial number and using the "Tab" key to move to the next field. Note: Enter the serial number without hyphens or you will receive an error message. 
    To resolve this issue, instead of using the "Tab" key to advance to the next field, use your mouse to click the field “Your Product Name”. If the product information doesn’t populate, then start typing in the product number and select the appropriate product from the drop down selections. 

     
  2. If you continue to have issues with registering your product, verify that you are typing in the serial number correctly (most common, removing the dash,  he letter "O" is used instead of the number "0" and the letter "I" is used instead of the number "1").
