Our rebates are paid in the form of a prepaid card that can be used at any store that accepts MasterCard.
For Canadian residents: You will receive a Prepaid MasterCard in Canadian Dollars, equivalent to the US rebate amount.
Terms and Conditions
Our rebate offers are available to qualifying end-user purchasers of qualifying products. If any terms and conditions are not met the rebate will be denied. VIP, discounted or free goods orders are not eligible for any rebates or promotions. Associated personnel and employees of Johnson Outdoors, and its affiliate companies, are not eligible for any rebates or promotions. Distributors and dealers may not participate in consumer offers. The purchase date on your sales receipt, packing slip or invoice must be a date within the eligibility period indicated on the individual rebate application registering online at humminbirdpromotions.com. The address on your rebate application must match the billing address on the receipt, packing slip or invoice. Limit 3 rebates per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address, company, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during the eligibility period, except where prohibited by law. Any request postmarked or received after the eligibility period will be denied. *Rebate is paid in the form of a Humminbird Prepaid Mastercard. In Canada, card is issued by Peoples Trust Company under license from Mastercard International. In the U.S., card is issued by Pathward, N.A., pursuant to license by Mastercard international Incorporated. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms and conditions apply. For Canadian residents: You will receive a Prepaid Mastercard paid in Canadian dollars. For U.S. residents: You will receive a Prepaid Mastercard paid in U.S. dollars. Neither the sponsor of the rebate (“Rebate Sponsor”) nor the entity providing the rebate reward (the “Reward Vendor”) are responsible for late, lost, misdirected or postage-due mail.Incomplete or illegible applications will be denied. Offer valid in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery in U.S. and 8-10 weeks for delivery in Canada. Offer subject to change at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses and PO Boxes to obtain additional rebates may constitute fraud, violate federal, state or provincial laws and may result in prosecution, imprisonment and/or fines, including under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 and 1342) or Canadian Criminal Code R.S.C. 1985 Cc-45 as amended. Rebate application status updates, approval, denial and other notices may be sent via e-mail from johnsonoutdoors@rebatetrack.com. You may check the status of your rebate by visiting the link provided in your e-mail or visiting humminbirdpromotions.com. Please allow 4 weeks after submitting to make any inquiries regarding your rebate. Fulfillment of this rebate is subject to final approval by Johnson Outdoors. Reward Vendor is not liable for non-fulfillment of offers by Johnson Outdoors. For Canadian residents: You will receive a Prepaid Mastercard in Canadian dollars equivalent to the U.S. rebate amount.
Social Media Campaigns
Occasionally, we run short-term social media giveaway campaigns via email. Our goal is to increase posts, “Likes,” and followers on our social media platforms. If time permits, we also offer these campaigns to individuals who do not use social media.
If you receive one of these emails, follow these steps:
- Locate the “See the full contest rules…” section and click the link.
- Scroll to the “SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD” section to check the entry period duration.
- Scroll to the “HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES” section to see the allowed entry methods, including Mail-In Entry.
- Since these campaigns are quick-turn, ensure your mail-in entry is postmarked by the last date of the promotion.
