Request a Callback Feature on FishSmart App, not submitting

NOTICE: As of October 03, 2022 the FishSmart App and single lake purchases are no longer offered in the App Store or the Google Play store as new purchases. All existing purchases and past downloads will continue to be available as long as the same account is in use.

If you are trying to take advantage of the Request a Callback feature in the FishSmart App but the submit button is grayed out, make sure that all requested information is completed.  There must be a gold check to the right of each field for the Request a Callback button to turn gold for submission.   In the example below, the Brief Description of Issue field is blank.  Once you have check marks to the right of each field, you will be able to submit your request.
