Transducer Stopped Working No damage
- If your transducer has no physical damage and stopped working with in the warranty period you can check with the original point of purchase on their return/exchanged policy or contact Humminbird Technical Support for options. (Please have you proof of purchase and any serial numbers available.
- If your transducer has no physical damage and is outside of the warranty period, unfortunately you will be looking at purchasing a new transducer. You can use the compatibility tools below to locate compatible transducers and view purchase options.

- Can my Transom Mount or Lower Unit Mounted Transducer be sent in for repair? Unfortunately damage to these kinds of transducers are not repairable and would require a replacement transducer.
- Note: If the damage is to an extension cable or adapter cable connected to the transducer replacing the extension or adaptor cable may be all that is needed.

Warranty on Humminbird Products
The Humminbird warranty we offer is product-dependent. The warranty begins at the date of purchase. When requiring any service/repairs for your Humminbird product, you will need your original receipt of purchase for warranty coverage. If you do not have your receipt of purchase, we will reference your product's serial number and base your warranty coverage off the date of manufacture. We recommend that you write the serial number down somewhere outside of your boat to have it available for future reference.
