Show the Side Imaging Range on the Chart View

The Side Imaging (SI) Range Indicator can be displayed on the Chart View on compatible A Series, X Series, APEX, XPLORE and SOLIX models with software version 4.130 or later. The steps to turn on the SI Range Indicator depend on the software version installed on your fish finder.

Jump To:

• A Series, X Series, APEX, XPLORE and SOLIX G3: Software Version 5.060 and Later
• APEX and SOLIX: Software Version 4.210 and Earlier

To display the SI Range Indicator on the Chart View:

1. Open the Chart View.
2. Tap the Settings Menu icon.

3. 

4. Select Settings.

5. 

6. Select Vessel Overlays.

7. 

8. Check the SI Range box.

9. 

Once enabled, the Side Imaging Range Indicator will display on the Chart View.

APEX and SOLIX: Software Version 4.210 and Earlier

To display the SI Range Indicator:

1. From the Chart View, press the MENU key or tap Chart in the upper-left corner of the screen.

   

2. Select Chart Options.

   

3. Select General within the Chart Preset you are currently viewing.

   

   If using a LakeMaster Legacy (non VX) or Navionics card, you will choose Overlays instead.
   
   

4. Select SI Range.
5. Check the box or press the ENTER key to enable the feature.

Note: This feature must be activated in any Chart Preset you wish to have it active in.
