MEGA Live offers real-time, high-definition underwater views, enhancing your fishing experience. This article explains MEGA Live modes and viewing angles, and provides guidance on changing modes to suit your needs.

Understanding MEGA Live Modes and Viewing Angles
When you change the MEGA Live Mode, you are changing the angle of your transducer. Please see the instructions below for both MEGA Live (1st Generation) and MEGA Live 2 to ensure you are viewing in the mode intended.
MEGA Live (1st Generation)
In Down Mode, your transducer is at 0°. As you rotate the mount by hand (see your MEGA Live Imaging Installation Guide for more information), each “click” upwards raises your transducer angle by 10°, up to a maximum of 60°. In Landscape Mode, use higher angles (top marking) for shallow water and lower angles (bottom marking) for deeper water.

MEGA Live 2
In Down Mode, your transducer is at 0°. As you rotate the mount by hand (see your MEGA Live 2 Imaging Installation Guide for more information), each “click” upwards raises your transducer angle by 7.5°, up to a maximum of 90°. In Landscape Mode, use higher angles (top marking) for shallow water and lower angles (bottom marking) for deeper water.

Changing MEGA Live Modes
Your fish finder will automatically select the best mode for your installation. Use the following instructions to manually change the MEGA Live and MEGA Live 2 Mode to Down, Forward, or Landscape.
