We've had a user report that the Contour Elite disc appears blank. His DVD player was able to read movie DVDs and other software on CD, but when he put his Contour Elite disc in his DVD drive and then opened the drive, no files appeared.
The solution was for him to download and run a small Microsoft utility that diagnosis and fixes issues with DVD drives not reading discs. The link to download the utility is below:
