Locating Your Software Version and Serial Number

Models running Software Version Prior to 6.090 and after 4.210 Serial Number and Software Version are displayed on the System Info screen:

1. Power the unit on or Press Home if unit is already powered on
2. Press Settings
   
3. Select System and then Network Info.
   
4. The Software Version and Serial number for the Unit and Accessories connected will display.

• (Models running Software version 4.210 and below) Serial Number and Software Version are displayed on the home screen:

• The Serial Number can also be found at the base of the unit, below the connector plugs.

Models Running Software Version 6.090 or later

1. Press Network and Devices 
   

2. Press Network and Updates and the Current Software Version will be displayed. 
   

3. To View the Serial Number Press Device Information.
   

4. The Serial Number for the Unit will be displayed
   

Units running Software Version prior to 6.090 Serial Number and Software Version are displayed on the System Info screen:

1. Power the unit on or Press Home if unit is already powered on

SOLIX & ONIX

SOLIX G3 Software Version 6.090 and Later

1. Press Network and Devices 
   
2. Press Network and Updates and the Current Software Version will be displayed.  
   
3. To view the Serial Number press Device Information. 
   
4. The Serial Number for the Unit will be displayed

• Serial Number and Software Version are displayed on the System Info screen:

  • Power the unit on or Press Home if unit is already powered on
  • Press Settings
    
  • Select System and then Network Info.
    
  • The Software Version and Serial number for the Unit and Accessories connected will display.

SOLIX and ONIX Software Version 4.210 and Earlier

• Serial Number and Software Version are displayed on the System Info screen
  • Press Home > Settings > Network > System Info

• Locating the Software Version

  1. The easiest method is to turn your unit on. After the unit has stopped loading Press Menu, the Startup Options will appear. Scroll down and Select System Status.
     
  2. Press and hold the VIEW key and the System Status Screen will Display the Software Version and Serial Number. 
     

  • The Serial Number can also be found on the back of the unit, above the connector plugs.
