I am trying to download the ChartSelect download tool to my MAC and it states that my account login email and/or password are incorrect, what should I do?
Some Mac OS X configurations may have Parental Controls or Gatekeeper settings that block the use of the ChartSelect download tool.
You may need to click the Apple icon > System Preferences > Users Groups > Account, unlock for editing and then adjust the Parental Controls to allow the use of the ChartSelect download tool app.
If the ChartSelect download tool does not open at all, you may need to adjust Gatekeeper settings as advised at https://support.apple.com/en-us/ht202491
