"I can't find the alarms on my HELIX. What do I do?"
The Alarms tab or menu is only visible when the User Mode is set to: Custom (may be Advanced in some older models).
To check or change your User Mode setting, perform the following:
- Power the unit on in Normal Mode
- Press the MENU key twice to open the main menu.
- Use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow key to select Setup.
- Use the DOWN arrow key to select User Mode
- Press the RIGHT arrow key once to activate Custom User Mode.
- The Alarms tab will now be visible.
